Cliff Burr
Leading the evening is Cliff Burr, whose passion for wine began while working in some of London’s most acclaimed restaurants and wine bars.
Today, Cliff is one of only a handful of Advanced Sommeliers in our region, a Certified Wine Educator, and sat for the prestigious Master Sommelier examination in 2024.
Known for his approachable style, deep knowledge, and enthusiasm for sharing wine, Cliff has a remarkable ability to make every guest feel welcome, whether they’re a seasoned collector or simply curious to learn more. His expertise and storytelling will bring an added dimension to each course throughout the evening.
