From Leeds Beckett University, Professor Akintola Akintoye, Dean of School, School of Built Environment, Engineering and Computing, will be opening up the event, with a warm welcome.

The sessions will bring together students, educators, industry representatives, and professional body leaders to examine both the opportunities and barriers that exist in the pathway from education to professional recognition.

Overall, the event aims to strengthen collaboration between education and industry, identify real challenges faced by students and graduates, and inform future initiatives that support the next generation of construction professionals.
