In this class, you will learn how to make delicious homemade cinnamon rolls. You will be guided through the process with step-by-step instructions and professional tips and tricks. During the class, you will learn how to make the perfect dough, including measurements and techniques for kneading and proofing. You will also learn how to prepare the delightful cinnamon filling. The instructor will show you how to roll and cut the dough, ensuring that each cinnamon roll is perfectly shaped. You will also be taught how to make a delicious cream cheese glaze to top over your rolls. You will put everything together at the shop, and then you will be provided with instructions on finishing them off by baking them at home, leaving your home smelling delicious with a scent of fresh cinnamon!
