We're hitting the pavement at 9am every Sunday for the Church Road Coffee Social 5K!

No timers, no pressure, just good vibes, new faces, and our famous Fire & Flow coffee waiting at the finish. This weekly run is for everyone, regardless of pace, we have a tail runner, so no one's ever left on their own.
