During the session, we'll explore:

• What to consider when choosing the right setting for your young person
• When to start exploring options and planning ahead
• How to recognise whether a placement is a good fit
• The Post-16 application process
• What happens if your young person has an Education, Health and Care (EHC) Plan
• What your options are if you disagree with the named placement

There will also be an opportunity to ask questions during a dedicated Q&A session at the end.
