In the science of metamorphosis, the caterpillar dissolves completely, releasing everything it has known itself to be, trusting that what emerges from that formless dark will be more whole than what came before.

Chrysalis is an immersive sound bath designed to meet you exactly where you are in your own unfolding. Through breath, guided meditation, and healing frequencies, you will be carried through the full cycle of dissolution, gestation, and the first tender stirring of emergence.

No prior experience with meditation or sound healing is needed. Come as you are and allow yourself to drift.

The studio floor is firm, so I encourage you to bring whatever helps you feel supported: a cushy mat or two, blankets, pillows, or anything soft that lets your body fully relax. Think of it as creating your own cocoon for the evening.
