IMPORTANT NOTE BEFORE SIGNING UP: Please ensure you then fill out Nature and Natter Wellbeing Walk health and safety form on the homepage of our website at www.chronicallymarvellous.org.uk to ensure we can try to meet all of your needs on the day.

Every first Sunday of the month, we'll gather at Crane Park TW2 6DF for a relaxing stroll through nature, engaging in meaningful conversations while enjoying the great outdoors. We are also providing our attendees with a calming meditation session!

This initiative is designed to bring together our community, especially for those living with long-term health conditions or mental health challenges. Let's combat loneliness and isolation together!

All refreshments and lunch will be provided on the day. If you'd like to join us, please give us a call via the mobile number on the leaflet.
