Construction and trade work can take a serious toll on the body. This 2-hour workshop explores how chronic pain develops and introduces practical, evidence-informed strategies to help reduce pain, improve mobility, and support long-term recovery. Whether you're dealing with ongoing discomfort or looking to prevent future pain, you'll leave with a better understanding of your body and tools you can start using right away.
Licensed acupuncturists will also be on hand to introduce participants to acupressure and acupuncture techniques, offering an opportunity to learn how these therapies may help manage pain and support recovery.
Workshop leads:
Dr. Bonita Wilcox, ND, MSOM; PDX Touch Up
Eliseo Olvera, Olvera Heating & Cooling
Dr. Jillian Ramirez, ND
