This workshop offers the person in chronic pain, their caretakers, or their health care professionals an introduction to the science of chronic pain that is accessible and understandable. It will offer practical and integrative solutions to your pain management. You’ll leave with meaningful tools and experiences to get you started on changing your pain today!
This workshop will be followed up with an optional 5 week series on Pain Care Aware Yoga that is perfect for implementing what you learn in the workshop and putting it into practical application at home to reduce or change your pain for good and get you back to living a life you deserve!

*No prior experience of yoga is necessary
