I’d absolutely love to take a moment with you to pause and slow down in the midst of the excitement and intensity of the pre Christmas build up.
Creating cherished family traditions for your nearest and dearest is so gorgeous - I’ll be doing this too - and part of this can be the nurturing of your own festive traditions that are just for you.
If you feel drawn to take a morning to slow down, breathe, move with intention, perhaps reflect and of course enjoy some yummy brunch goodies, then this might just be for you.
Our 90 minute yoga practice will take place in the beautiful Common Room space at Kelsick Grammar in Ambleside, where the floor to ceiling windows provide unparalleled views of the Lakeland fells.
The practice will involve meditation, simple breath-work, grounding and centring movement and of course a plentiful relaxation at the end. It will be an inclusive session and no experience is necessary in order to take part.
Post-yoga brunch will be provided by the awesome Force Cafe, and will consist of granola with fresh fruit and yogurt, a selection of Danish pastries and avocado on toast served with tomato and chilli and relish. A hot drink is also included.

I’m yet to confirm the maximum capacity, but if you’d like to come then do message me as soon as possible to make sure you nab your spot.
Maybe you could bring a pal or family member and make a proper festive morning of it?!
Tickets are £40 per person, which includes your 90 minute guided yoga session and your tasty three course brunch along with a hot drink.
My heart’s intention for this lovely gathering is to create a warm, supportive, fun space where you can decompress at least a little at what is often a busy time, and enjoy something good to eat.
