Yoga Session: Start the event with a gentle, mindful yoga flow designed to relieve stress and stretch your body. All levels are welcome, and no prior experience is necessary. Our certified yoga instructor Sarah will guide you through poses that promote relaxation and mindfulness.
Wreath-Making Workshop: After your yoga session, channel your creativity with Louise by crafting your very own Christmas wreath! We’ll provide all the materials—including fresh greenery, decorations, and tools—so you can create something uniquely beautiful to take home.
