Join me and explore the art of Doodling

Doodling is a creative process to find calm, refocus and declutter our minds, helping to navigate us through life and wellness journey.

In this 2 hour session you will;

• Learn about the benefits of Doodling
• Explore and create different patterns, lines and shapes
• Produce your very own Doodle
• Leave with a quick and easy 'go-to' tool to use anytime

In a warm, friendly and vibrant venue, you'll have space to experiment and explore your own creativity and enjoy the benefits of that all important time for mindfulness.

All materials will be provided and you'll leave with a helpful step by step guide to Doodling following the session.

Tea / Coffee and Biscuits included.

About Doodling

Doodling is a great creative activity that we can use in those times when we need to take a breath, or break and give ourselves a moment to declutter our mind, providing a sense of calm and clarity.

It provides that all important quiet time to just be, let feelings flow and our brains to focus on a task, whilst allowing feelings of stress, anxiety or worry to escape, allowing us to find a more balanced state of mind to carry out our day.

I am a full time artist based in the East Midlands. I have a real passion for creativity and produce original paintings that I sell. My other passion and interest is finding ways to help manage wellbeing and the creative avenues we can adopt to support this. After studying Art Therapy, I became particularly interested in the art of Doodling. These simple yet affective exercises have huge benefits.
