Join Lourdes for a special edition of her weekly Reiki Infused Meditation.

This is the same offering but longer so we can drop deeper into ourselves and connect with our peaceful and luminous essence.

Enter a space infused with Reiki, the universal energy of unconditional love. The intelligent force that is in all beings and things, allowing them to live and thrive.

During this session, you will be invited to enter into a different relationship with yourself. With a soft and gentle gaze we check in with our bodymind, and notice anything and everything – how our day has been so far? How is our physical body feeling? What kinds of thoughts are entering our mind? This offering is an invitation to step into the path of self-enquiry with love, holding ourselves with care.

In this space, we rest, observe, witness guided by meditation journeys, sound, breathing, and sometimes gentle movement.

During this 90 minutes, Lourdes will offer individual Reiki transmissions to support you, and cleanse or release any blockages or discomfort that is present in your bodymind. Mostly, we rest, reset and tune into Beingness with the utmost love.

Who is This For?
~ Anyone who has an interest in self-enquiry, calming the mind and connecting with the body.
~ Anyone who experiences busy, repetitive thinking, stress, lack of clarity and anxiety.
~ Anyone who wants to dedicate time to the self and who wants to explore other ways of being in relation to the self.
~ All genders and religious beliefs are welcome. 16+ age.

About Your Guide:
Lourdes is a homeopath, medium-channel and reiki healer. She holds ceremonies and meditation classes. She practices these healing modalities in Leeds, UK, and online across the globe. Her life and work are informed by the Three Principles as well as Non-dualism, Taoism, Shamanism and Zen Buddhism. She practices from the belief that we are already whole and that healing happens when we tune into that wholeness, the well of wisdom that we all hold within. She believes that her role is to facilitate that journey in a sacred space where you feel supported, held and heard.
