Christmas Craft, Art & Produce Fair > Saturday 30th November 2024 2-4pm

Please read all notes on this listing before making any purchase. Please do read the section about Public Liability Insurance below. If you need Public Liability cover, please purchase this at the same time as your ticket (this saves a lot of hassle).

This event has two ticket types:

1 . Tickets for sellers based in St. Thomas, Exeter with us providing a table. It is not possible to book a table without booking a ticket in Eventbrite.

2 . Tickets for sellers based in St. Thomas, Exeter with you bringing your own table.

If you are a seller based outside St. Thomas - any spare available tables will be advertised on our CAP St. Thomas Facebook and Instagram pages. There is no longer a waiting list ticket. Do keep an eye on our social media two weeks ahead of each Fair.

This Fair is 2-4pm for the public to attend. Sellers will be able to come in and setup from 1:15pm. A week before the event, all sellers will be sent a floor plan, risk assessment and seller notes for the event. We are asking that at the end pack your table away again once the Fair closes at 4pm.

Public Liability Insurance

All of our Fairs have Public Liability Insurance. However, all sellers must have their own Public Liability Insurance also. If you have your own insurance, we will need to see an email of your certificate no later than two weeks before the date of the Fair. If you do not have Public Liability Insurance, we are able to add you on to the policy as a seller at this Fair for an additional fee of £8.00.

I MPORTANT:

There is an add-on to this ticket to pay for the £8 insurance cover - please select this if you do not have your own Public Liability Insurance. If you have your own cover for the day of the Fair, a copy of this must be sent to us: [email protected]

Refunds: Refunds will only be provided if we are able to resell your table. If we resell your table, we will contact you about a refund. We are not able to refund the Eventbrite fee. Your refund will be for the table fee only - we can't refund Eventbrite fees.

CAP St. Thomas is a non-profit organisation. We don't make anything on the events - the table fee covers the hall hire, advertising and event insurance.
