Join us for an hour of Christian Meditation and prayer. Lent is a wonderful time to step into a meditation practice. We will start with a gentle introduction to Christian Meditation, followed by prayer and scripture, a 15-20 minute sit (guided meditation), and with a short time of reflection and Q&A. Beginners welcome!
