CHORAS are:
AILEEN CARR has performed solo and with bands: Lang Johnny More, Ceolbeg, and Palaver. she was Inducted into the Scottish Traditional Music Hall of Fame in 2023.
BARBARA DYMOCK has sung with Ceolbeg, Fair Game, Rathlin, Fon a Bhord, Sinsheen, The Barbara Dymock Band and in a duo with Chris Marra.
JANICE CLARK has performed with trad bands: Iolair, Lang Johnnie More and Highland Connection, she also played guitar and sang with blues band Off the Tracks.
An acapella group consisting of the combined talents of three established solo singers. They present songs drawn from the Scottish tradition and beyond with sublime harmonies and arrangements. They mix passion, laughter and protest in songs of work, love, loss, war and the sea, always reflecting the female perspective and indomitable spirit.
Additional Acts:
The Club’s Stalwart Floor Singers. Supporting the main performance, they bring additional variety and community spirit to the evening. If you come along, you are welcome to take part—whether you play an instrument, sing, recite a poem, or tell a story.
