The ‘Four Last Things’ (death, judgement, heaven, and hell) traditionally have been themes for reflection during Advent as Christians prepare for the three comings of Christ in Love: for the first coming of Christ at Christmas, for His second coming at the end of time, and for His coming into our hearts as Redeemer. With their ‘teaching sermons’ our three guest preachers will help us attend to God’s Word, to the world around us, and the state of our own relationship to God.
