Join our cooking school to learn how to cut, slice, and chop a variety of produce that will take your cooking to the next level! In this hands on class we will be learning how to handle a chef knife safely, as well as how to process different fruits and vegetables. We will be serving a light meal during the class. We will be sending you home with recipes for all your freshly cut produce.
The Chef prepared meal being served will be an example of how to use the produce we will be working with.
In this class you will be using your own brand new chef knife, that you will be taking home with you!
