Chocolate Truffles Class
Students 12 and older welcomed
All supplies included.
Students may bring a drink and apron to class
Fee: $85
In this class you will get a crash course in couverture chocolate! How to properly temper, color, mold and so much more! Each student will make from start to finish 21 jeweled truffles filled with various filling such as ganache, caramel and fruit. Students will learn about different ways to add color, texture and glam to your sweet little jewels using various sugar art products!
