This is a beginner's yoga class designed to introduce the fundamentals of yoga and provide a supportive environment for students to develop their practice. And what could be more supportive than adoptable puppies?
Come get some puppy kisses and spread the word to help get all puppies in attendance adopted! Plus, get your stretch on with @thefitwithtiff.
