Taught by our friends at San Diego Chocolate. Think all chocolate tastes the same? Think again! In this hands-on tasting workshop, we'll explore how and why chocolate tastes different depending on where in the world the cocoa beans were grown. You'll sample several different single-origin chocolates and learn how to pick up on the unique flavor notes in each. We'll also give you a breakdown of the entire bean-to-bar process so you can understand what gives each chocolate its character.Learn more here:

If you're attending a free class and are able to walk a short distance (of 1 block), please consider parking on Altadena Ave and walking over. This keeps our lot available and flowing for customers shopping at our three businesses who may be on tight schedules. We greatly appreciate your spirit of generosity when it comes to our shared space.
