Dr. Sandberg is an Associate Dean of Undergraduate Education and is a Professor in the School of Family Life. His research interests focus on the relationship between emotional/physical health problems and marital dynamics. In addition, Dr. Sandberg has published numerous articles relating to the experiences of racial and ethnic minorities individuals, couples, and families and their experiences in therapy and mental health in general. He has also worked with families, couples and individuals as a family therapist for nearly 30 years.
