What if you could spend three days on an immersive journey to understand yourself? What makes you tick, your purpose, your soul's deep nature?How could that transform the way you show up in the world--your work, your play, your legacy? How could that transform your relationships--with your partner, your children, your friends?
Imagine leaving after those three days with a map of your psyche--revealing which archetypes rule each of your astrological houses. You will have a tool to refer to for life, revealing how you were designed to use your unique powers in this world.
Guided by three experienced facilitators, this experience will feed and stimulate your mind, body and spirit! This will NOT be a class where you just sit there and absorb info--we will incorporate movement which will help you integrate and embody what you learn.
Mind: intellectual processes and inner work journeys.
Body: expert foot zone and frequent connective movement.
Spirit: qi gong breathwork, yoga and sisterhood connection.
Meet your facilitators!
Bonnie Roberts, the Self-Talk Sherpa, will educate you on the archetypes and guide you through deep processes designed to reveal the truth of who you are!
She has studied Jungian psychology for half her life and has more recently memorized over 130 poems. She uses the evocative language of poetry to connect you with the language of your soul.
Xen Bliss, the Qi Queen, will instruct us in ZenQiYoga! She blends Breath with intentional movements to cultivate and harness your energy reserves, open and create space for holding more light in your body, and amplify your abilities to manifest heart's desires.🙏💜✨️
Xen Bliss will also be sharing processes for reconnecting with your Divine Sovereign and Sacred Sensuality through dance to reclaim your personal power and activate your elemental magik.✨️
Andrea Lain of of HeartSole Awakening will provide a foot zone for every participant during the retreat! This gentle yet powerful practice can help reduce stress, improve physical health, and support emotional resilience.
All healthy, gourmet meals are included, plus unlimited snacks and drinks!
Every guest will also receive a workbook and surprise gifts!
