CHN BCA5KW 2024Welcome to CHN BCA5KW 2024 event! We are elated the global pandemic has not stopped Community HealthNet Health Centers (CHN) in moving forward in its mission to provide affordable health services to the communities we serve! Part of CHN’s mission includes special events, and we are excited to announce that we will host our Annual Breast Cancer Awareness 5K Walk on Saturday, September 28, 2024, at Marquette Park, 1 N. Grand Blvd. in Gary, Indiana! The walk will also take place virtually via Facebook live (fb.com/breast-cancer-awareness-5k-walk).
