About this Event
In this guided tasting, we will brew three Chinese teas that feel especially at home in summer: a fresh green tea, a high-mountain white tea, and a young raw pu'er with lively structure.
This session features:
- Pre-Qingming Dongting Biluochun - a celebrated green tea with a fresh, fruity aroma and a bright, lively body.
- High Mountain Baimudan - a soft and elegant white tea with layered floral notes and a gentle mountain character.
- "Six Mountains" Raw Pu'er - a thoughtful blend of famous tea mountains, with a vivid aroma, layered sweetness, and lively structure.
Together, these teas offer three different ways tea can feel refreshing: bright and green, soft and floral, and quietly powerful with a lingering sweetness.
