Chinese Tea Tasting: 2026 Early Spring Green Teas

In this unique experience, you’ll take part in a peaceful Chinese tea ceremony to savor three premium teas. We will brew each tea multiple times using the Gongfu Brewing method and guide you to appreciate the multiple layers of its flavors.

Each Chinese Tea Tasting session features teas specially selected the time of year. For this session, we’ll brew three green teas freshly harvested in the 2026 spring season:

• Pre-Qingming West Lake Longjing (Dragon Well)
• Pre-Qingming Dongting Biluochun (Green Snail Spring)
• Pre-Qingming Anji Baicha (Anji White Tea)
