Join us for a special Children's Story Time at the Reuse & Repair Collective featuring local children's book author Simone Fraid and her inspiring book, Everything We Need.
Designed for young children and their caregivers, this interactive story time explores the magic of sustainability, imagination, and appreciating the resources we already have. Through a fun and engaging reading, children will discover how creativity, sharing, reuse, and caring for our community can help create a more sustainable future.
Following the reading, children will enjoy a coloring activity inspired by the story and have an opportunity to meet the author.

Coloring and creative activities
A fun introduction to sustainability concepts for children

This event is ideal for young children, preschoolers, and early elementary-aged students, but all ages are welcome.
🚲 Parking & Transportation
Please note that there is a steep hill leading to the entrance.
🚎 Public Transit: We are a short walk from the trolley and several bus routes.
🚗 Free Street Parking: Two-hour free parking is available on Beech Street and 6th Avenue. Street parking is typically plentiful during the day.
🅿️ Paid Parking: Parking meters and nearby ACE Parking lots are available.
🚲 Bike-Friendly: Free bicycle storage is available onsite.
✨ We encourage attendees to carpool, take public transit, walk, or bike whenever possible.
