Join us over the summer holidays for a delightful and unique bonding experience with our Children's and Parents Aerial Yoga Course!
This playful session offers a wonderful opportunity for families to stretch, laugh, and connect as they explore the joys of yoga together.
Suspended in hammocks, both children and parents will engage in fun poses that promote flexibility, strength, and balance. Our experienced instructors ensure a safe and supportive environment, making it perfect for beginners.
Whether you're swinging like a monkey or relaxing like a butterfly, this class promises to be an adventure you won't forget.
Come and discover the magic of aerial yoga while nurturing the parent-child connection in a joyous and uplifting atmosphere!
Breathing and mindfulness techniques to regulate the nervous system will also be included within the sessions.

Cost - £50 per person for 4 sessions

4 Dates available -
Sessions take place on Tuesdays 11am-12pm
August - 12th, 19th, 16th
September - 2nd

Single session drop in’s open up closer to the start date - £15 per person per session
Class size is a maximum of 6.

Please book yourself on first, then add your child as a family member to your account. You can then book them onto the session.
Please arrive 5mins before the session starts. Suitable for complete beginners. Suitable for ages between 7 and 15. Please wear comfortable gym/yoga clothing. All equipment is provided.
Please be mindful that these sessions will require moments of silence and meditation.
Please be aware that the use of hammocks can sometimes cause friction marks or bruising on the skin.
