Children's Wellbeing Festival

Join us for a joyful two-day Children’s Wellbeing Festival, where families can play, create, explore and relax together in nature. Across the festival, children will enjoy hands-on gardening, herbal crafts, outdoor games, storytelling, movement and simple food-making. Expect laughter, muddy hands, creative activities and relaxed time outdoors as we connect with nature and each other.

Suitable for children aged 5-12 years old.

All children need to be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Please bring old clothes or aprons to get messy.

Day1: Thurday 2nd April

Grow, Play & Get Creative 🌱

Children and families can enjoy:

• Planting seeds and dividing herbs in the garden
• Making scented herbal pillows and tasting herbal waters
• Mud kitchen sensory play for younger children
• Helping prepare simple herb snacks
• Garden games and parachute play
• Dancing games and creative crafts
• Gentle movement, group circles and a calm wind-down

Day 2: Thursday 9th April

Nature crafts, outdoor fun and storytime🌸

Children and families can enjoy:

• Exploring plant-based dyes and trying natural tie-dye
• Making fragrant herbal bath salts
• Garden games and free outdoor play
• Mud kitchen imaginative play for younger children
• Preparing fruit snacks and refreshing flavoured waters
• Storytime, gentle stretching and creative crafts
• Friendly group circles to start and end the day
