The Children's Meditation class is a perfect place to introduce meditation to children and promote inner strength and emotional well-being.
In these classes, children learn simple meditations, as well as methods to calm their minds and deal with negative feelings. Classes include a short discussion about everyday experiences relevant to children, guided meditation, and Buddhist wisdom teachings to foster habits such as kindness, cooperation, patience, and giving.
Suitable ages: 5 years - 12 years.
