The death of a parent, sibling or other significant person is a painful and challenging experience for a child. They often feel isolated, lost, and unable to express complex emotions.
The Elizabeth Hospice welcomes all grieving children in the community to join us for this special group that connects head, heart, and hands through creative arts to explore feelings, develop healthy coping skills, and build resilience. The creative process and sense of community formed through peer group activity is part of the emotional healing that restores a
sense of hope, stability and normalcy to their lives.
