Children Meditation Class

Wondering where you can get free, fun, and meaningful weekend family time + kid's activities all at one place?

Buddha Mind Monastery of Oklahoma City offers free Children Meditation Classes twice a month on Saturday afternoons from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m.

During each class, we typically kick off the day with some rhythmic exercise or other ice-breaking activities to bring some giggles to the kiddos. Then we’ll sit and meditate for a while and listen to some insightful Buddhist stories. With a calm and focused mind, we move to the activity area to make some crafts or engaged in team activities. We'll also enjoy some vegetarian snacks in between.
