Children Heard and Seen – Parental Imprisonment Training Day

Children Heard and Seen (CHAS) have been supporting children impacted by Parental Imprisonment for over 10 years, and have been working closely with the West Midlands VRP to provide support to those children in the West Midlands.

As part of this work, CHAS are offering training days for professionals who work with/ come into contact with children and young people as part of their profession. The training will include:

• Explore the impact of parental imprisonment
• Provide insights into the specific safeguarding approaches relating to parental imprisonment
• An introduction to the CHAS workbook to support children with a parent in Pr*son.
