Planning for birth can bring up a lot of questions, not just for the person giving birth, but for partners, dads, and families too.
About this Event

What are our options? Who will actually be at the birth? How do different birth settings work? What kind of support do I want around? How do I make decisions that feel right for my family?

Join us for a cozy, community centered conversation about childbirth options in Central Florida led by the kindred feminine, certified full-spectrum doula and holistic reproductive health educator.

Together, we’ll explore what birth can look like in:

• 🏥 Hospitals
• 🌿 Birth centers
• 🏡 Home settings

We’ll talk through the differences in prenatal care, labor support, postpartum care, provider types, comfort measures, interventions, and overall birth experiences in each setting. This class is designed to create space for real questions, honest conversation, and informed decision-making without judgment.

Whether you’re currently pregnant, trying to conceive, supporting a partner, exploring future family planning, or simply wanting to better understand birth options in our community, you are welcome here.

Partners, dads, support people, and queer families are encouraged to attend and participate in the conversation.
