The program includes:

- Exercise and Movement: In this class, participants will learn the importance of staying active during pregnancy and explore safe and practical exercises. They will discover how movement can help alleviate discomfort, improve well-being, and prepare the body for labor and delivery.

- Partner Role: Dad's Home Court Advantage Providers This class will focus on the vital role of partners during pregnancy, labor, and delivery. - Stages and Management of Labor and Delivery I: Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the different stages of labor and delivery. They will learn about the physical and emotional changes that occur during each stage and effective coping mechanisms and pain management techniques.
- Stages and Management of Labor and Delivery II: Building upon the previous class, this session will delve deeper into the stages of labor and delivery. Participants will explore additional techniques, positions, and interventions that can support a positive birth experience.
- Risks and Benefits of Medical Procedures: This class will provide an unbiased overview of standard medical procedures and interventions during childbirth. Participants will learn about the potential risks and benefits of these procedures, empowering them to make informed decisions.
- Conserving Energy in Normal Labor: Participants will learn strategies to conserve energy during labor, ensuring they have the stamina and endurance needed for the birthing process. This class will focus on relaxation techniques, breathing exercises, and optimal positioning.
