About this Event

Childbirth Basics: Virtual classes are free.

Join us for our NEW Childbirth Basics class covering the very basics of labor, delivery, recovery, and care with Northwest Women's Center.

Class taught by a highly experienced labor and delivery Registered Nurse. She will prepare you for a confident and empowered birth experience!

Please, only register ONE ticket with ONE email per couple.

Registration for the classes will end as soon as the class reaches its max capacity or two days before the class.
You will receive a evite email with the link a few days before the class. If you do not recieve your evite to the class a few days before the class, please check your spam folder.

RECOMMENDED THAT YOU BE AT LEAST 28 WEEKS OR MORE PREGNANT IN YOUR THIRD TRIMESTER WHEN YOU TAKE THIS CLASS.

Signs of labor/understanding labor and delivery
The labor and birth process/pain management
Comfort and care for unmedicated in labor
IV pain meds and epidural pain management in labor
Cesarean births
interventions and medical procedures.
The Women’s Center procedures, including Covid-19 policies
Postpartum care
