• No refunds, exchanges or cancellations will be provided once payment has been successfully processed.
• This applies regardless of personal circumstances including but not limited to:

  • Work commitments
  • Travel disruptions
  • Failure to attend
  • Late arrival
  • Dissatisfaction with seating location
  • Team elimination or change of match participants

This is a rain-or-shine event.

No refunds, credits or compensation will be provided due to:

• Rain
• Thunderstorms
• Haze
• Wind
• Heat
• Humidity
• Weather warnings
• Government weather advisories

unless the Organiser officially cancels the event.

The Organiser reserves the right to:

• change the event timing
• modify seating arrangements
• relocate guests within the venue
• adjust programme schedule
• substitute entertainment
• modify food & beverage offerings
• change operational arrangements

without refund.

The Organiser is not responsible for interruptions caused by:

• FIFA
• Official broadcasters
• Satellite providers
• Internet service providers
• Power outages
• Technical failures
• Broadcast delays
• Changes to match schedule

No refund shall be payable for such circumstances.

The Organiser shall not be liable for cancellation, delay or changes arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to:

• Acts of God
• Severe weather
• Floods
• Fire
• Pandemic
• Epidemic
• Government restrictions
• Civil unrest
• Terrorism
• National emergencies
• Utility failures
• Technical failures
• Labour disputes
• Venue closure

The Organiser may postpone, reschedule or cancel the event without liability.

The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest without refund for:

• disorderly behaviour
• intoxication
• abusive language
• violence
• harassment
• illegal activity
• possession of prohibited items
• failure to comply with staff instructions

• Seating is subject to availability.
• Specific tables or seats are not guaranteed unless expressly purchased.
• Guests may be required to share tables.
• The Organiser reserves the right to reassign seating at any time.

Outside food and beverages are prohibited unless expressly permitted by the Venue.

Guests must comply with all licensing regulations.

Guests attend entirely at their own risk.

The Organiser and Venue shall not be responsible for any:

• lost items
• stolen property
• damaged belongings
• unattended personal effects

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law:

The Organiser, CHIJMES, its landlords, tenants, partners, sponsors, employees, contractors and agents shall not be liable for any injury, death, accident, illness, allergic reaction or damage suffered during or arising from attendance at the event except where caused solely by proven negligence.

The maximum liability of the Organiser, if any, shall not exceed the face value of the ticket purchased.

No liability shall arise for:

• indirect loss
• consequential loss
• loss of enjoyment
• loss of opportunity
• travel expenses
• accommodation costs
• business losses

Photography and videography will take place during the event.

By entering the Venue, guests consent to the use of their image, voice and likeness for promotional, advertising and marketing purposes without compensation.

All bags may be subject to inspection.

Guests refusing inspection may be denied entry without refund.

Guests shall conduct themselves responsibly at all times.

The Organiser reserves the right to remove any person who endangers the safety or enjoyment of others.

Guests must comply with:

• Singapore laws
• Venue regulations
• Fire safety requirements
• Security instructions
• Instructions issued by event staff

Alcohol will only be served in accordance with Singapore law.

The Organiser reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to any person.

Lost, stolen, copied or duplicated tickets may be cancelled without notice.

Only tickets purchased through authorised sales channels will be honoured.

Guests agree to release and hold harmless:

• CHIJMES
• Sponsors
• Partners
• Contractors
• Employees

from any claims, demands, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses arising out of or related to attendance at the event, except where prohibited by law.

Guests further agree to indemnify the Organiser against any loss or damage caused by their own negligent, reckless or unlawful acts.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore Courts.
