Join MasterChef Canada alum Mai Nguyen for her exclusive Chicken Ramen class and learn to make Ramen from scratch. You’ll prepare hand-made ramen noodles and a rich Instant Pot chicken broth, then assemble bowls with marinated and roasted chicken thighs, bamboo shoots, and soy-marinated eggs. While the chicken roasts and the broth simmers, you’ll also make Gyoza dumplings filled with pork, served with a soy dipping sauce. This class provides an opportunity to learn authentic Japanese techniques for noodles, broth, and dumplings that you can recreate at home.
Please note that vegetarian substitutions are not available for this class. If you would like to take your portion of ramen home, please bring a suitable container
