Welcome to Chi Do - this is a simple, go-to practice for feeling grounded, energised, and switched on.

Chi, or Qi, is known as life force energy - the force that flows through all living things.

Tai Chi and Qigong are beautiful, powerful ways to build this energy. But if you want something simple, accessible, and easy to bring into everyday life, Chi Do is where it’s at.

In this session, you’ll learn how to:

• use your breath to draw chi into the body
• move chi through your body in a series of simple movements
• store that energy so you feel strong and steady
• clear out stagnant energy and refresh your whole field

This is your chance to begin your journey with chi and create a new daily ritual.
