♟️ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
Chess for Beginners is a relaxed and social evening designed for anyone who would like to learn how to play chess, even if you are starting from scratch.

The idea is to meet in the early evening at the café, enjoy a drink together, chat, and play. The atmosphere will be informal and welcoming, with a strong focus on learning through practice and connection.

No previous experience is required. The explanations will be simple, practical, and progressive, so everyone can feel comfortable and confident while playing.
◽WHAT TO BRING ◾
If you have your own chess board and would like to bring it along, you’re very welcome to do so. Otherwise, chess boards will be available for everyone to use during the event.

18:00–18:15 | Welcome and introduction
18:15–18:50 | Basic rules
18:50–19:50 | Guided social play
19:50–20:00 | Wrapping up together

This first session is planned as a starting point, with the intention of becoming a regular bi-weekly workshop.
