In this training, you'll explore the foundations of prāṇāyāma, discover how energy flows through the nadis and chakras, and learn to guide students safely and effectively through breath practices. You’ll experience and study 10 essential prāṇāyāma techniques, gain a clear understanding of how to sequence and facilitate, and cultivate your own steady, mindful practice. This program offers both personal transformation and professional tools to bring the art of conscious breathing into your classes with confidence and authenticity.
