Join us as we walk together to raise awareness and show support for those affected by dementia.Please wear purple or blue, and help us spread the message that no one has to face dementia alone.

It will be a short walk starting at Lowndes Park and ending at Chesham Town Hall. After the walk, please enjoy tea and coffee, and connect and hear from professionals and others in the community.
