Sound Healing Gong Meditation is perfect opportunity to de-stress, relax, meditate, rejuvenate and enjoy the power of the sound waves which enhance the relaxed state.
During a Gong bath, the brainwave state is altered from normal waking state (beta) to relaxed state (alpha), dreamlike state (theta), and even restorative state (delta).
No experience needed, the only requirement from you is to let go, relax and enjoy 🌱
