🌸 Join me for a HealWithVee Cherry Blossom Mindfulness Walk in Washington, D.C. as we gather beneath the beautiful blossoms at the Tidal Basin for a gentle walk in nature and a moment of presence within community. 🌸
This walk is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and practice mindfulness together while surrounded by one of the most beautiful moments of spring.
📍 Meeting Point: Floral Park, Washington D.C.
⏰ Time: 11:00 AM (arrive around 10:50 AM so we can begin together)
🌸 Length of Walk: We’ll meet at Floral Park by the Tidal Basin, walk together around the Tidal Basin, take in the blossoms, capture beautiful photos, and simply enjoy the present moment. The walk will last about as long as it takes to complete the loop. Afterward, you’re welcome to stay longer, explore, or head out whenever you’d like.
🤍 This is simply a space to reconnect with nature, with ourselves, and with each other.
