Take on the ultimate swim, bike, run challenge at Cheltenham Lido.
The Cheltenham Tri Festival 2026 is open to all abilities - from complete beginners to seasoned club and pro triathletes, as well as charity and fun competitors.
📍 Open to participants aged 17+
🌊 The Course:
Swim in the iconic 50m heated outdoor pool at Cheltenham Lido, before heading out on cycle and run routes through Cheltenham and Sandford Park (anti-clockwise routes).
Choose your distance:
Super Sprint - 400m swim | 9.2km bike | 2.3km run
Sprint - 800m swim | 18.2km bike | 4.7km run
Standard Distance - 1.5km swim | 44km bike | 9.5km run
👥 Team Relay - take on the challenge together
