On Sunday, 8 November, we invite you to a private setting in New Farm for a Japanese Omakase experience created especially for the evening.
Bring your favourite people and settle into a multi-course tasting journey where honoured Japanese tradition meets new expressions of our kitchen.

• A tasting journey featuring Hiramasa Kingfish, Hokkaido Scallops V2 and seasonal creations.
• A first look at two new Hosokawa creations, revealed to guests on the evening.
• A private dining setting, thoughtful hospitality and attention to the details that make your gathering feel special.
Since 2009, Hosokawa has welcomed Brisbane to our table. For this edition, we’re taking that hospitality beyond our restaurant and into a setting reserved for this occasion.

Seated experience: Begins promptly at 6:00 PM
Location: Private venue in New Farm, Brisbane
Capacity:44 guests, with a maximum of 6 guests per booking
