On Wednesday, January 28th, Chef de Cuisine Alfredo Vargas and his distinguished culinary team, together with Sommelier Antonio Gonzalez, will present an eight-course dinner carefully curated to harmonize each bite with its perfect wine pairing.

This immersive experience highlights the artistry of both the kitchen and the cellar, where bold flavors meet refined pours and every pairing tells a story. The menu is currently being written and will be shared once complete, allowing guests to savor the anticipation of what is to come.
