Chef Spencer’s Last Hurrah: A Farewell Wine Night

Join us for a special and memorable evening at Chef Spencer’s Last Hurrah: A Farewell Wine Night, hosted at Seared Chophouse on Wednesday, April 1st. This one-night celebration honors Chef Spencer and his incredible contributions to the Seared kitchen with a menu featuring five of his favorite dishes, each thoughtfully paired with five wines selected for the occasion.

Guiding the wine experience for the evening will be Stephanie from Johnson Mutual Brothers, who will present wines chosen to complement Chef Spencer’s signature flavors and personal favorites.

• 6:00–7:00 PM: Cocktail Hour – Join us for a welcome drink and the chance to mingle before the evening begins.
• 7:00–9:00 PM: Wine Dinner – Enjoy five of Chef Spencer’s favorite dishes, each paired with a curated wine selection.
