On Thursday, July 25, join The Cheese Shop and Eno River Brewing for a beer & cheese pairing class. Learn about the cheeses that are perfect to pair with a pint, from lager to stout, IPA to strawberry wheat.
You'll sample five cheeses and five beers, and will be led on a guided tour of the culinary senses, while discussing each element's taste profiles, how they are made and cared for, the key elements informing their taste and texture, and why they pair together so beautifully.
Tickets are $50 per person.
