More about Carrasco Iberico

Carrasco Ibérico has been producing cured ham in Spain for more than 125 years. Its Iberican pigs roam freely, eating upwards of 10kg of acorns (Bellota) every day. Carrasco Ibérico is widely regarded as one of the best producers of 100% acorn-fed Iberian ham. The uniquely marbled Ibericos, which have much closer links to local wild boars than white pigs, roam free range and feast on acorns that litter the ground across the Carrasco dehesa. The pigs are kept for at least three years.

Cancellation policy:

• You may request to cancel your ticket for a full refund, up to 48 hours before the date and time of the event. Cancellations between 24-48 hours before the event may be transferred to a different date. Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the event may not receive a refund nor a transfer. • The event will only proceed with a minimum capacity of 15 pax. We will provide at least 3 days notice where possible in the event it is cancelled and provide a full 100% refund.
